Designed for record weight

Our telescopic seatpost has been meticulously designed to achieve an extraordinarily low weight. At its heart is a聽mechanical locking cartridge eliminates the need for locking oil, making it exceptionally light and ensuring a solid and reliable lock. This design focuses on simplicity: only two operating positions, up and down, for straightforward and uncomplicated functionality.

The聽main aluminum tubehas been optimized in thickness for its length. The聽fixed carbon fiber tube complements this design, making our seatposts unbeatable in terms of weight.

The Helium is the second lightest dropper seatpost in the world, surpassed only by our Helium Race. Vertical manufactures the two lightest dropper seatposts on the market.

Racing DNA: Simplicity and speed

In competition, every second counts, both on and off the track. The locking system has no intermediate positions, allowing the saddle to be positioned exactly where you need it instantly.

The compressed air spring and direct access to the valve, even with the seatpost mounted on the bike, allow for quick pressure adjustment without the need to disassemble anything.

In addition, the tool-free cable disconnect system allows you to remove the seatpost from the bike without having to replace the cable.

Easy saddle attachment

The saddle clamp uses a familiar design that allows you to adjust the angle with the same clamping screws. However, we have introduced several improvements.聽

The聽titanium nuts are captive in the top anchor, eliminating the need to hold them during assembly.聽

Semi-hollow stainless steel screws聽have a spherical head that eliminates the need for additional washers, and their small size contributes to minimal weight. Both anchors, both the聽upper and lower, are made of聽forged 7075T6 aluminum, a material known for its fatigue resistance, which guarantees a long service life.

Durability and easy maintenance

The simplicity of the design significantly reduces the number of wear parts. The only components that need to be replaced are the聽POM keys, which must be replaced when the seat post develops slack. This material is strong enough for prolonged use, but softer than carbon fiber to protect the integrity of the structural tube. The聽industrial double-lip dust sealprotects against water and mud from the outside and keeps the lubricant inside, extending the life of the components. For internal cleaning or key replacement, the seatpost can be easily opened with a single 14 mm hex key.

Mechanical cartridge: the key to success

We revolutionized the design by avoiding grooves in the sliding tube, eliminating stress and increasing its resistance. Now, it only works axially, which means less material, more lightness, and optimal robustness. Quality and uniqueness in materials!

The structural tube is made of carbon fiber.

With high-precision molding, we ensure the best movement. We optimize the layers for maximum strength and rigidity against deformation. We use 6Al-4V titanium for the fasteners and locking mechanism, and CNC-machined 7075T6 aluminum for the other parts. The friction areas are hard anodized, ensuring durability and smoothness. Thus, we combine premium materials for a lightweight, durable product with an impeccable finish.

Maximum ease of saddle mounting

The titanium nuts, captive in the upper bracket, are easily attached to the bolts thanks to the open lugs. This simplifies the assembly of the saddle, bracket, nuts, and bolts, eliminating the hassle of holding several parts at once. In addition, for users of saddles with anti-prostatic openings, we have added an Allen key slot to the screws, visible from the opening, to easily adjust the angle.
